Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may result in a non-attendance fee.

This enables us to offer the appointment to someone else, which is extremely important in the case of doctors with long waiting lists.

Cancelling surgery

A 14 day cancellation policy applies for surgery. If you cancel within 14 days of surgery a cancellation fee of $500 applies.
